This is an advanced and comprehensive training course on Yoga, conducted primarily in English. The objective is to train participants to become qualified teachers of Yoga for all age groups, as well as to learn management, prevention, and cure of various disorders and diseases through Yoga. This is also an advanced course in Yogic Education for people who are already practicing Yoga and would like to advance to the next level and learn Yoga in-depth. The course will include the following topics:

Schedule
This is a Residential or optional Non residential Immersion Course running for 11 days. The group stays together and practices the Yoga Lifestyle and Routine or can go to their residence to sleep after 8.00pm and come back in morning at 6.00am.
Participants not only learn the aforementioned topics but also learn about meals, eating habits, relaxation, and sleep. All this happens in a disciplined environment with the objective that a similar lifestyle can be adopted in one’s daily life and routine going forward, making one’s life healthy, peaceful, and happy.
